Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup curd (yogurt)
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber or grated carrots
  • 1–2 tbsp Burman’s Gun Podi – Original
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying
Method
  1. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, curd, veggies, salt, and Original Gun Podi.
  2. Add rice flour and combine until the mixture holds its shape.
