Returns, Refund, Exchange & Cancellations
We hope you love our Podis as much we do. Just in case you aren't thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can – write to us with details of order and issue at feedback@gunpodi.com.
Cancellations:
Cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order.
Returns (If Applicable):
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to send us an email within 24 hours. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Photo proof required.
- If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. Photo proof required.

Refunds (If Applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and it has been more than 15 days and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at feedback@gunpodi.com
Exchanges (if applicable):
Replacement is applicable for defective or damaged items – not for taste reasons.
Taste is subjective!
Product description, ingredient list and tasting notes have been provided for the purpose.
